Joshua Harbst, School Director

Having established his roots in Idaho in 1993, following a childhood as a military dependent, Joshua’s connection to the Gem State runs deep. Fate led him to Pocatello, where he crossed paths with his future wife. Together, they migrated west to Boise in 2003 after a few years in Texas.
Since 2016, Joshua has captivated students with his engaging and lively teaching style, drawing on his firsthand experiences as an active broker and salesperson to bring lessons to life. Josh’s style reflects those experiences and he infuses each session with real-life events and happenings, making complex concepts relatable and understandable.As a licensed Realtor since 2004 and a pivotal figure in Idaho’s real estate education landscape, Joshua’s expertise shines through his involvement in the annual instructor conference and his role in shaping the current pre-license curriculum.
His passions extend beyond the classroom and his personal pursuits add to his vibrant persona. Embracing Idaho’s natural beauty, he conquers snowy slopes on his snowboard, navigates rugged mountain trails on his bike, explores scenic hikes, and revels in water adventures on Idaho’s lakes and rivers. Off the beaten path, Joshua enjoys friendly competition on the tennis court, showcasing his versatile nature both in and out of the classroom.

instructor and a true gem of our Idaho community, Mari Sandoval.
Born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, Mari embodies the spirit of our
great state and brings with her a wealth of experience and
knowledge in the field of real estate. With a dedicated commitment
to continued learning, she has earned several prestigious
designations, including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), GSI (Gold
Standard Instructor), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative),
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) SFR (Short Sale and
Foreclosure Resource), and CDEI (Certified Distance Education
Instructor).
Notably, Mari serves as one of only two facilitators for the True
Colors personality assessment in Idaho, allowing her to enhance
the communication and collaboration skills of many professionals
in our industry. She is also a distinguished graduate of the 2023
IRLA program, further showcasing her dedication to professional
excellence.
Currently, Mari holds the position of Associate Broker with Monrow
and is the Director for Trilogy Real Estate Educators, where she
shares her expertise and passion for real estate education with
aspiring agents. When she’s not shaping the future of real estate,
Mari enjoys traveling, staying active through workouts and hikes,
and cherishing special moments with her grandchildren.
