Genesis real estate school is offering a new class to it’s growing inventory. Our instructor is attending Post License elective – Introduction to commercial real estate this afternoon and once he attends and is approved to teach it, we will be adding it to our schedule. This is a very important class for many reasons. If an agent specializes in residential real estate, it is usually a good idea to refer commercial business to a commercial agent. It doesn’t hurt to know the basics though. If we have a client that is considering a commercial deal, we would at least want to know our way around a conversation involving commercial real estate. This would probably include just the basics and would allow us to instill the confidence in our client that we are capable of finding a commercial agent that better fits this area of expertise. Look for the class to be added to our schedule later this year.
