Hey, everyone. It is Josh Harbst with Genesis Real Estate School, And these are the requirements to obtain a real estate license in Idaho. You do have to be 18 years of age, so no kids. You do have to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. You do have to take 90 hours of pre-license education, and that’s modules one and two through a state certified provider, which Genesis real estate school happens to be.
You do have to get a background check with your fingerprints. You also have to pass a state and national exam with at least a 70% and proof of legal presence. You have to show your photo I.D. to show that you’re allowed to be in America. So pretty easy requirements.
