Why your sphere of influence is so important

When folks first get into real estate, they always ask about the best types of marketing. They want to know the fastest and best ways to obtain new real estate business that is cost effective and efficient. This is one area of real estate selling that hasn’t changed over the years even with some of the technologies we have today. Real estate is a relationship business. If you cultivate and maintain your current relationships while adding new connections to your sphere regularly, you will find most of the “new” business comes from people you already know. In my opinion, no marketing is better than being right in front of someone, sharing conversations, laughs, and experiences. Once people know you, like you, and trust you, they will call you with their real estate needs. It’s hard to trust just anyone with usually one’s largest financial instrument. So if you are new to real estate or a seasoned real estate agent, please remember to cultivate and maintain the relationships in your sphere of influence.
